Nagesh Davuluri has 15 years of experience working as a Recruiting Leader for major corporations within the New York City metro area. He has hands on experience as an IT Recruiter, working for large organizations like Comsys and Analysts International Corporation. He has multifaceted experience due to various positions he held as an IT Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, Sales Manager and as the President of his own IT staffing company. After a successful career that included awards by prestigious President’s Clubs with large companies, he started his own staffing and solutions company 5 years ago.

Mr. Davuluri also established an IT Solutions company called Zenstar Computer Solutions Private Limited in Hyderabad, India, with a focus on web development and ecommerce. Through Zenstar, his team has successfully delivered several web initiatives to various happy clients that include ecommerce companies, attorneys, accountants and other organizations. He lives and works in New Jersey. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA from Oklahoma City University.

Michelle Furyaka is the Executive Vice President of NPD Global, an innovative IT consulting and executive search firm. Prior to joining NPD, Michelle was a Senior Sales Executive at COMSYS for over 8 years. She helped launch TAPFIN, a leading VMO and VMS tool, currently part of the Manpower conglomerate. She also fostered COMSYS’s growth at TIAA-CREF to a staggering 150 person account in New York, Charlotte and Denver. She is undeniably one of the most innovative sales executives in the IT consulting space. During her 5 years at Ajilon, Michelle fostered relationships with huge financial organizations like Citigroup, NYSE and Credit Suisse.

Some highlights from Michelle’s career include: Staffing a development team and QA team at www.sothebys.com, providing around the clock network engineering support for NYSE after the 9/11 attacks and supporting globalization initiatives by providing top-notch project management resources for Weight Watchers International.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science from New York University and has completed numerous continuing education courses at Leonard N. Stern School of Business. She is well regarded by her endless list of clients in NYC spanning over a 15-year career. She is an advisor to CDS, a leading e-commerce and web development firm based in Hyderabad, India.

In her spare time she is very dedicated to a number of non-profit organizations including Gospel-Tabernacle of Bergen County, Zahal Shalom of Bergen County, Diamond Mountain University, and RetreatForPeace.org.

Lastly, Michelle is always mentoring new talent and up-and-coming entrepreneurs in the business. She has always shown a creative and fresh approach in the staffing world.
