Peter currently heads the permanent staffing division at NPD Global Inc. Peter Cooper is a seasoned recruiting leader in the Information Technology discipline. His recruiting expertise includes data architecture, client server, WEB/Java and associated platforms, ERP databases, CMM and Telecommunications. He has extensive experience with major financial, banking, pharmaceutical, insurance and other fortune 1000 clients in and around New York City. He has staffed clients with Project Managers, Systems Managers, Network Engineers, Architects, DBAs and developers. He is well versed in proper screening processes and delivers qualified and verified candidates. Peter’s management experience spans over 30+ years with small to large recruiting teams. He brings to NPD Global recruiting agency ownership and a fine reputation in the NYC tri state area.

NAGESH DAVULURI – EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Nagesh is the founder and part owner of NPD Global Inc and NPD Staffing Private Limited in India. He currently handles operations, sales and some recruiting in the US and in India. Nagesh Davuluri is a seasoned manager with 14 years of experience within the Information Technology staffing industry. Most of his experience is within the greater New York City and greater Philadelphia areas. He has excellent background working for major NYC and NJ staffing firms in various capacities. While Nagesh is a hands-on recruiter and sales person he enjoys the day to day challenges relating to operational issues. He brings excellent training and experience having worked for some major New York City and New Jersey companies. He believes that whether it’s a client or a candidate, companies are all about people.
